It all began with heart — and the belief that movement can heal more than the body. After helping my father recover from a double bypass surgery and healing from my own two knee surgeries, Pilates became not just my profession but my calling. Over the past decade, I’ve taught, managed, built, and consulted for 13+ studios — blending classical Pilates with functional strength and soulful, mindful movement.
